White vinification (off skins).

Second Fermentation:
Re-fermented in bottle according to the Classic Italian Method, without disgorging and without dosage. Aged in bottle for at least 6 months on its own yeasts.

Style Profile:
Traditional “Prosecco Ancestrale” expression of the territory. Authentic, raw and characterful sparkling wine, best enjoyed after gentle decanting to separate the natural sediment.

Serving Temperature: 8 – 10°C in a large white wine glass
