Return, Exchange and Order Cancellation Policy

(1) You have the right to withdraw from your order without providing a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. In such cases, no penalties or additional fees will be charged.

(2) If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to complete the Withdrawal Form and send it to us. After we confirm its receipt, you may return the product, which must be in its original condition and with intact packaging.

Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the full amount you have paid within 30 calendar days from the date you submitted your withdrawal request.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless you have already covered them and informed us accordingly.

(3) The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• goods whose price depends on fluctuations in financial markets beyond our control;
• goods which by their nature cannot be returned or are subject to rapid deterioration (such as food and beverages);
• products that have been opened or unsealed and this has affected their condition;
• lack of documents proving the purchase.

(4) Until the withdrawal period expires, the customer is responsible for taking proper care of the received goods to preserve their quality and safety.
