Terroir: Vineyards located on the hills of Santa Paolina, Montefusco and Prata Principato Ultra in the heart of the Greco di Tufo appellation, at 400–700 m above sea level; mainly tuffaceous and clayey soils with volcanic and calcareous components.

Color: Crystalline, intense yellow with straw reflections.
Bouquet: Aromatic complexity of ripe fruits such as peach, pear and apple with fresh citrus notes.
Taste: Ample, sapid and mineral with perfectly balanced acidity and long persistence on the palate, enhancing fresh fruit aromas.

Winemaking & Aging: Hand-harvested grapes are selected and pressed whole. The must is cold clarified, and fermentation is carried out at low temperature to preserve fruity aromas. After fermentation, the wine ages on its fine lees and then in bottle.

Style Profile: Fresh, aromatic and mineral white wine expressing the varietal character of Greco grown in volcanic hillside soils.
Serving Temperature: 8–10°C recommended.
Food Pairing: Excellent with seafood appetizers, fish dishes, light pasta, white meats and soft cheeses.
