A small-production artisanal white wine from Collio, Friuli, produced in extremely limited quantities of no more than approximately 2,000 bottles annually. Elegant, mineral, and refined, it reflects the authentic character and tradition of one of Northern Italy’s most respected white wine regions.

On the nose:

Excellent with San Daniele prosciutto, antipasti, first courses, white meats, light red meats, fresh cheeses, and Mediterranean cuisine.
