Maturation
Grapes in wooden crates and taken to the cellar for pressing. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts for 7/8 days. 60 months in medium to large Slavonian oak.
Sensory
Dark ruby red. Spicy, with hints of black cherry and tar. Intense, flawless, elegant and with tannins
Serving
It is recommended to be served at 18 – 20˚С
