Muscat grapes, namely the variety “Muscat of Alexandria”, originally from Egypt, was introduced in Sicily and adopted the name zabbibo, from Arab zabib. Historically zabbibo be used for the production of sweet wines i still perfectly adapted to the production of excellent dry white wine is an example of this is our Taif wine.

Sensory
Miineralno fresh pale yellow wine with light greenish hues with rich aromatic bouquet, which ranges from fruity aromas of peach and tangerine to herbal scents of sage, ending with floral notes of rose and wisteria. Initially mouth has a warm flavor accompanied with fresh acidity and nice color finish.

It is recommended to be served 12 ˚- 15˚С
Recommended foods
It combines fully with appetisers of fish and shellfish, smoked fish and seafood, omelets, risotto and asparagus. Also try white meats, such as shell and cheese flavored with herbs such as those typical of French cuisine. It is ideal for a typical autumn dish such as fried mushrooms.
