Maturation
Before processing after harvest with a rigorous selection of perfectly ripe grapes, drying of the grapes for about 120 days to reduce the content of water and further concentrate the sugars and then fermented with yeast 72 months in medium-sized Slavonian oak.
Sensory
Intense ruby red. Intense aroma of licorice, cocoa, vanilla that blends with the ripe fruit notes of cherry and plum. Full, intense, refined elegance and remarkable persistence.
