Le Macine

Le Macine is a special wine series by Cantina Colli Vicentini, created to express the volcanic terroir of the hills between Vicenza and Verona. The concept of the line is closely linked to the basaltic soils of the Gambellara and Lessini areas, which give the wines their distinctive minerality, freshness, and strong territorial identity.

The series includes carefully selected white and red wines produced primarily from traditional regional varieties. A defining feature across the range is its clean aromatic profile, harmonious structure, and pronounced mineral character derived from volcanic soils. The white wines are aged in stainless steel to preserve freshness and fruit purity, while the reds undergo short maturation in large oak barrels, adding structure and elegance.
